Who doesn't love tacos for an easy week night meal?!
Blue Cedar Beef Tacos
1 pound ground beef
2 garlic cloves, diced
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
4 corn or flour tortillas
1 avocado, sliced
1 medium size tomato, chopped
4 oz. feta cheese
Add garlic and ground beef to pan and cook on stovetop.
Cook ground beef on medium to low heat until it reaches 160oF, approximately 10-15 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning to ground beef when it is about 75% cooked.
Drain ground beef when done.
Add ground beef to tortilla and top with avocado slices, tomato, feta cheese, cilantro, and lime juice.
