2026 Plans...Closing the Shop
I first want to share a genuine thank you for your continued support of our family farm and beef operation! We have shipped beef nearly every week of the year (outside of holiday and snow days!) and sent beef to thousands of homes across the US over the past 7 years.
To say we are humbled is an understatement. It is truly an honor to provide beef to so many families and to think of all the memories made around the dinner table.
We have a big shift coming for 2026 and are saddened to announce that we will be closing the shop.
As our farming operation continues to grow and evolve, we will be focusing more on the cow-calf side of our operation. Raising more mommas and bulls of the premium Angus beef we've all come to know and love! However, during this season, we no longer have the capacity or time to custom-process or ship beef directly to consumers.
What's next?
- We will continue selling until inventory runs out (We expect to have inventory for the next couple of months...we just received a large shipment of beef in the walk-in!)
- Our last delivery of beef from the processor just came in, and we will be continually updating inventory on the website for the next few weeks as we work through these boxes
- Our last Membership orders have shipped, and that program is coming to an end. If you are a Membership customer, feel free to make one-time purchases until inventory is sold out
- We are not offering any 1/4, 1/2, or whole processing dates for 2026
Where to place future orders & Farmers we recommend:
- We have several recommendations of both local and online farmers who we feel do an excellent job producing beef and will deliver a premium product most similar to Blue Cedar Beef.
- Please reach out to info@bluecedarbeef.com, and I will personally send you a recommendation and contact info on where to shop based on your needs.
