A monthly box of beef shipped to your doorstep with all of the most popular cuts, guaranteed! No more waiting in line for Ribeyes. We are opening up a new elite model of selling beef called Memberships!
When you sign up to become a Blue Cedar Beef Member, you will receive a box of beef delivered to your door each month for 6 months. Each box will contain an assortment of ground beef, roasts, and steaks, and will contain approximately 15-20 pounds of beef!! Each month, your box will be a little different, ensuring you get to enjoy every cut of beef and keep that dinner menu fresh! Plus, lock in the same pricing for 6 months, no price increases, guaranteed.
We will continue to offer FREE shipping and Local Pickup options, but we're simplifying the schedule.
All orders that SHIP will get sent out on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. (See Calendar here)
All orders that are for Local Pickup will be available on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in Verona, VA. (See Calendar here)
Long story short, we have taken a 1/4 beef and divided it into 6 equal shipments - creating the Blue Cedar Beef Membership. Over the course of 6 months, you will receive every cut of beef, PLUS we'll be throwing in some perks along the way. Think: snack sticks, hotdogs, cozies, stickers, etc, as a THANK YOU for joining the elite Blue Cedar Beef Membership.
Cuts include: Ground beef, Chuck Roasts, Sirloin Roasts, Brisket, Stew/Kabob beef, Flat Iron Steaks, Flank Steaks, Ribeye Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, New York Strip Steaks, and Filet Mignons.
*Please note, this is a 6-month commitment and orders cannot be skipped or cancelled until all 6 months are completed. You will be charged monthly for 6 months.
We are only offering a select number of Memberships. Once these sell out, we will close the product and offer a waiting list for the next time spots become available. Don't miss out!

What does the shipping cost?
- As a THANK YOU for becoming a Member, shipping will always be FREE. No dry ice charges, no handling fees, ever.
Can I try 1 month and then skip or cancel future orders?
- Unfortunately, no. This Membership is a 6-month commitment, and after the 6 months, you can then choose to renew or cancel.
When will I be charged for each order?
- Your initial order will be charged the day you place the order. The next 5 orders will be charged on the 1st day of each month
When will my order ship or be ready for pick-up?
- We will be shipping all Membership orders on the 2nd Tuesday of each month
- We will offer Local Pickup of all Membership orders on the 3rd Tuesday of each month
- Local Pickup will be available in Verona, VA only

What if I'm out of town when my order is scheduled to ship?
- We get it! With a perishable product, you want to be home for delivery. If you won't be home, can you have a friend or family member stop by and unbox your order? If not, shoot us an email at info@bluecedarbeef and we will be happy to come up with a solution
What if the Membership is sold out?
- We can only offer a certain number of elite Memberships to ensure all of our Members are guaranteed our beef. As demand grows, we will be able to offer more Memberships. In the meantime, email us at info@bluecedarbeef.com that you'd like to be added to the waitlist!
