Shipping policy

Shipping is quick & easy!

We currently ship beef once a week on Tuesdays. Excluding all major holidays and/or major delays due to weather, etc from UPS. 

Orders need to be placed by midnight on Monday to ship on Tuesday. All other orders will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

**Once we transition to Memberships only (approx. Jan. 2026) we will be shipping on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. (see our shipping calendar here)

 

Flat Rate Shipping: (current for 2025)

FREE Shipping on all orders over $129 (central & eastern time zones only)

-Eastern Time Zone Flat Rate: $19.99 for all orders under $129

-Central Time Zone Flat Rate: $29.99 for all orders under $129

-Pacific & Mountain Time Zone Flat Rate: $99.99 for ALL orders

Duration Of Shipping

Your beef will be shipped on dry ice inside a highly insulated foam-lined box. These boxes and liners are reusable! See our Box Return Program to get $10 off of your next order of beef!

We ship all packages 1-2 day Ground or next-day Air to ensure that your shipment of beef arrives as quickly as possible and is frozen upon arrival. 

 

Restrictions

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot deliver a product to a P. O. box address. We also do not offer shipments to AK, HI, outlying US territories, or internationally at this time.
