Ingredients

1 flatiron steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 oz. baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
10-15 cherry tomatoes
1 jar (12 oz.) artichoke hearts in water
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Wooden or metal kabobs/skewers
Directions
Drain artichoke hearts and wash baby portabella mushrooms.
Add artichoke hearts, mushrooms, olive oil, salt and pepper to pan.
Cook on low heat for approximately 10 minutes until mushrooms are cooked.
While artichoke hearts and mushrooms are cooking, cut flatiron steak into small steak cubes.
Mix together soy sauce and honey. Marinate steak cubes in soy sauce/honey mixture for approximately 5 minutes.
Cook steak to desired temperature.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half. When artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and steak are finished cooking prepare kabobs by alternating vegetables and steak, as desired.
