When purchasing a quarter beef, you will receive our standard cut selection which is a true quarter of all of the cuts.
*We now offer quarter beef year-round! We ask for 1-2 weeks to fulfill your order and arrange for a pickup date. We will contact you once the deposit is paid.
The purchase of this product is the initial non-refundable deposit. The deposit will then be applied to your final invoice due at the time of pickup.
